官方的通知就是这么的牛逼，没有给大家过多的交代，请大家及时备份数据。至于说退款什么的，没有任何提及。如果你曾经买过pacificrack的VPS，而且是PayPal付款的话，并且还在服务时间内，可以考虑在PayPal官方进行一定的追缴（dispute）。虽然说这样的行为不一定有效，不过也好比不做什么要强一点吧。
